As a rural-based company, we understand the unique challenges families face in both small cities and rural communities. Getting kids to school, activities, and lessons can be difficult when you live outside a major urban centre. We’re passionate about making driver training more accessible and convenient for families throughout our region.

Teaching Approach
We take a patient and personalized approach to teaching. We spend extra time on areas students find challenging and use one of the most popular online programs available. Our Tesla Model 3 uses Tesla’s own driving profile designed to respond like a traditional family car, so students can comfortably continue practicing at home in their own vehicle. Its advanced safety features serve as excellent teaching tools to build strong spatial awareness, while we ensure students develop solid skills without becoming reliant on technology.

Meet Dave
After 15 years in the commercial trucking industry, I completed the Driving Instructor program at Fanshawe College and received my official driving instructor licence from Ontario. My more recent experience in customer service, combined with many years of volunteering and mentoring young people, helped shape my patient and supportive teaching style. I started The Electric Driving School because I love the Tesla driving experience and wanted to bring quality driver training to the community and help make our roads safer.
